Open 50 Years!
On June 26th 1959, the St Lawrence Seaway was officially opened by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and President Dwight D. Eisenhower. Now, 50 years later, join us for a fun filled day of celebration in Iroquois, Ontario, on June 23rd, 2009.
The celebrations kick-off at 9:00 am. The RCMP Musical Ride starts at 11:00 am.

- The RCMP will be performing their world famous Musical Ride.
- Parks Canada will be unveiling a plaque designating the St. Lawrence Seaway as a National Historic Event.
